2/3 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons dark (or light) corn syrup
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cups milk chocolate chips
